BIO

Earl Hines is an experienced executive with over 30 years in technology and financial services. A North Carolina native, Earl began as a software engineer at IBM before advancing to global leadership roles at Intel Corporation, where he managed business development and strategic partnerships with over 2,500 software companies. This included operational leadership and P&L accountability, key to driving growth.
In 2007, Earl transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding a Wealth Management firm where he served as CEO for twelve years. He successfully scaled the business and negotiated a venture-backed merger in 2019, serving on the executive team of the combined firm for several of more years. At the time of his exit, the company oversaw more than $4B in assets.
Earl specializes in advising private business owners on growth and succession strategies, with a focus on profitable exits. His extensive board experience also provides valuable insights into a variety of business challenges. Today, Earl leverages this knowledge to support emerging CEOs.
